• All Meta access tokens are encrypted, rotated regularly, and never shared with unauthorized parties.

5. Google User Data Access

Infoseed provides integrations with Google Sheets to automate WhatsApp communications.

• We only access spreadsheets you explicitly select.

• Data is retrieved in real-time to power chatbot flows and customer interactions (e.g., order status, appointments, product details).

• We do not permanently store Google Sheet contents. Temporary cached data is deleted once the request is completed.

• We never access or store other files in your Google Drive.

You may revoke access at any time from your Google account settings.

6. Data Retention

• WhatsApp/Meta and Google data are processed in real time.

• Any temporary cache is cleared immediately after processing.

• You may request deletion of your data by contacting us at support@info-seed.com, and we will comply within 30 days.

• Access to data is strictly limited to authorized systems and personnel.

• While we apply industry-standard security measures, no method of storage or transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
